Wafangdian Bearing Precision Metalforming Co., Ltd., has 870 employees and 150 million fixed assets, is capable of 80,000 ton forgings and 500 million RMB production value per year with 30 unit forging production lines.

We have many advanced equipment such as: 21 unit HA-400 horizontal band sawing machine; 6 unit warm shearing machines of 250 ton, 500 ton, 750 ton; 15 unit forging production lines with 100 ton, 250 ton, 500 ton, 800 ton presses; 1 unit 1600 ton multiple station forging press; 4 unit ring rolling machines of 0.5 ton, 0.56-Ф250; 4 unit ring rolling machines of 1.0-Ф300 and 1.0-Ф500; 1 unit production line with 3 ton hammer and RAW63/50 ring rolling machine introduced from Germany; 1 unit production line with 5 ton hammer and D53K-3500 ring rolling machine; 5 unit RJT-600 annealing furnace; 35 unit machining equipments.

Our main products are bearing forgings and other ring forgings, minimum ID is 10 mm and maximum OD is 3500 mm, which are provided to 26 companies such as Wafangidan Bearing Group, Wafangdian Bearing Co., Ltd., joint-venture companies.  We passed re-examination & verification of ISO9001:2000, QS9000 from LRQA in August 2001, and gained certification of VDA6.1 of LRQA in August 2002 and ISO14001 of LRQA in July 2003.
